Fat "Releasing" and Fat "Burning"

Part 3 of 3

"Fat Releasing" and "Fat Burning"

You've learned in the previous two newsletters how your body converts excess blood sugar to fat as a protective measure; and about nutritional density as a key to evaluating what foods you eat.

Now let's look at what specific actions you can take to "tell" your body to release stored fat from the tissue into the bloodstream, and then how to "burn" it up and get rid of it!

The first fat-releasing action step you can take is exercise. (Was that a groan I just heard?) Exercise is big business, that's for sure. You can hardly turn on the TV without seeing an ad for some new gadget or program that promises spectacular results. Truth be told (and maybe your own experience) is that almost all of the promises are empty. About the only thing you're guaranteed to lose is some cash!

Let's insert some more common sense along with the facts about how your body works. To begin, here's how not to think about exercise. Don't think about exercising hard to "burn off" fat. It's very difficult to do, and almost nobody can sustain that level of intense activity without injury or exhaustion.

Think instead about triggering certain internal health "switches". Do think about starting your body in motion.

Think instead about triggering certain internal health "switches". Do think about starting your body in motion. There are many things from which to choose - walking, swimming, hiking or other fitness programs; but here are 5 of the real reasons exercise can make an important difference for you:

1. It signals your brain's master control to mobilize fat out of your tissue.
2. It makes your thyroid more efficient, which increases your metabolic rate.
3. It strengthens your muscles, which burn twice the calories of other tissue.
4. It improves your circulation, which speeds up fat transport.
5. It helps your body maintain and balance every single bodily function.

The undistorted fact is that getting physically active, getting active on a regular and consistent basis, "tells" your body that it's OK to release fat into your bloodstream so it can be "burned" and then eliminated. The equation is "exercise/activity = release of tissue fat."

The second "fat-releasing" action step may sound contradictory, but good quality restful sleep affects some of the same health "switches" as does exercise. So make it a priority to get quality sleep to help you lose weight and inches.

And while I'm at it, I'll "throw in" a few of the other things that you should consider. Be sure to get plenty of fresh air, pure water and, if possible, natural daylight.

The fat "burning" process in the body is one that is frequently overlooked, but it can be one of the most potent in your arsenal for fighting fat. Your body "wants" to dispose of excess fat, and not add to the deposits, even more than you do! Most people think their bodies are stubbornly "hanging on" to the fat, but the opposite is true.

Your body "wants" to dispose of excess fat, and not add to the deposits, even more than you do!

Here are the circumstances in a nutshell: When you begin a "diet" and/or an exercise program, your brain (actually your pituitary) receives a message; and it responds by releasing tissue fat into the bloodstream. That fat must get "burned" for energy or eliminated. If it isn't, it will circulate back and redeposit in the tissue.

A problem can develop when your body's natural fat "melting" process (the "furnace") is not working properly and efficiently. The more fat that is released into the bloodstream the more "bogged down" the metabolism becomes, which causes the exact opposite effect that you want when you are trying to lose pounds and inches. That's a major reason most regimens fail. The "furnace" is clogged and inefficient and just can't handle the additional demand.

Where does all this take place? It is in the liver, and I know that thinking about the liver doesn't seem very exciting. But it's an amazing organ - the largest internal organ of the body. It manages over 500 known functions, one of which is to "melt" the fat from the bloodstream (all blood passes through the liver) and dispose of it through the kidneys.

To accomplish this the liver uses lipo-tropic factors (think "lipo" (fats) and "tropics" [southern tropics are hot] = lipo-tropic). They expedite the removal of triglycerides and also serve as liver "cleansing" agents. Specifically, there's an increase of "metabolic heat" - not body temperature - to "soften and melt" fat until it is reduced to Carbon Dioxide (which is exhaled) and water for ordinary removal.

Whew! That sounds complicated, and the whole process does involve lots of chemical reactions. But we don't need to be concerned. The body "knows" how (and wants to) stop adding extra "yellow" fat, and it also "knows" how to get rid of what is already there. It will marshal every resource provided to make that happen.

You can accelerate the process in your body by consuming lipo-tropic factors in food and from concentrated supplements. AnyDiet ACCELERATOR is a product intentionally designed to directly address this process. When used along with good management of food intake and consistent physical activity, fat/weight loss becomes habitual and more or less automatic.

Nobody becomes obese/overweight all of a sudden and shouldn't expect to apply the brakes and reverse the trend in a flash. Taking the right amount of time and doing it the correct way are the strongest assurance of long-lasting (and healthful) results.
